From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was amazed by the level of attention to detail - the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Not only did they help me find my lost bracelet, but they also provided ironing facilities in the room, which was incredibly convenient. the heating was just right, creating a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked, and the mini-bar had a great selection of drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious sitting area with a dining table, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. the free toiletries were luxurious, and having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a game-changer. the fully-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils made it easy for me to prepare my own meals. I appreciated the electric kettle for making tea, and the flat-screen TV and CD player provided entertainment during my downtime. the parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room, and the proximity to various restaurants like Puccini and Taj Palace made dining out a breeze.
